Mr. Oster joined PPG in 1982 as an accountant, and has been a partner since 1986. He has more than 39 years of accounting experience, with a diversified background that incorporates: individual, corporate, partnership, estate, trust and fiduciary income taxes; general ledger, payroll and pension accounting; review and compilation service for profit and non-profit organizations; management advisory services for healthcare clients; estate, income and financial planning; business valuations; employee benefit plan design and implementation. His practice concentrations have been with healthcare, insurance non-profit and estate clients.
