For over four decades, Steve has led organizations to unprecedented success.

He had a successful Navy career and founded a thriving dental practice from scratch.

Dr. Parker has a unique insight into practice management as he served as Office Manager while his son assumed his private practice.

His career is hallmarked by creating team, vision, and renewed procedures, saving the institutions millions and producing a superb end product. He revamped various clinics in the Navy and has served in many leadership roles throughout his career that have led to “creating team.”

As a Lean Six Sigma Champion, he utilizes revolutionizing instruments of process improvement to help your dental practice develop and prosper.
